Feb 17 Charles O. “Chuck” Lee, President & Chief Executive Officer, Cornerstone Hospice and Palliative Care

Before joining Cornerstone Hospice as President and Chief Executive Officer in 2013, Chuck had more than 11 years of executive-level hospice experience in developing and executing strategic plans, building leaders, expanding into new markets, increasing patient referrals and daily census, and enhancing volunteer and fund-raising efforts. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Loyola University in New Orleans, LA. He earned his Master of Arts at The George Washington University, Washington, DC, and his Master of Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Madison, WI.

This program is in honor and memory of Nu Class member Shirley Scott, one of the first hospice nurses in the United Sates.  In 1977 when Hospice was formed in Orlando she became their first nurse and continued to be involved until the time of her death in 2016.

We will discuss how to have a conversation with a physician and with family about end-of-life decisions.  Questions are welcome.
